Location: Hybrid (London, Birmingham, Manchester). Must spend at least three days per week, or 60% of time, at the London office or with clients.

What you will do

• Establish and lead a high-performing Core Origination & Structuring team, setting strategic direction and a strong risk culture.
• Drive origination activity in the core commercial real estate market and build a prospect pipeline for new business.
• Build and manage senior C-Suite relationships across FTSE-listed and large privately owned businesses.
• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, including financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Partner with Capital Markets, Asset Management, and product teams to deliver tailored financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist clients in achieving ESG and Net Zero goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the UK Real Estate sector, covering developer, investor, and living-sector markets.
• 10+ years of experience managing senior client relationships with the ability to influence at the C-Suite level.
• Leadership experience within Corporate and Institutional Banking or a comparable financial services environment.
• Strong expertise in credit assessment and debt structuring.
• Knowledge of MiFID, Financial Promotions, and FCA requirements.
• Must be based in the UK and available for hybrid office attendance.
