Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in office (Manchester, Leeds or London)

What you will do

• Act as the operational subject matter expert for CFDs, Futures, and Options products.
• Design and implement operational processes, controls, and servicing models for derivatives trading.
• Build internal operational knowledge by delivering training and coaching to Customer Operations teams.
• Identify operational risks, customer pain points, and process gaps associated with derivatives trading.
• Support the handling and escalation of complex customer queries regarding margin requirements and liquidation events.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure operational readiness and effective platform governance.

Requirements

• Must have experience working within a D2C CFD, Futures, and Options trading platform environment.
• Strong understanding of margin trading, leveraged products, and associated operational support processes.
• Deep knowledge of the operational lifecycle of derivatives trades and customer servicing requirements.
• Ability to translate technical trading concepts into practical operational guidance.
• Experience supporting operational teams or acting as a specialist SME.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Manchester, Leeds, or London.

Nice to have

• Relevant financial services qualifications in derivatives or trading.
• Experience within a regulated investment platform or brokerage.
• Knowledge of operational risk and controls in leveraged trading environments.
• Experience supporting platform launches or operational change initiatives.
