What you will do

• Lead the complete product lifecycle for Group Life, AD&D, Disability, and PFML products, including enhancements and optimization.
• Drive product strategy, design, positioning, and go-to-market plans to support business growth.
• Translate regulatory changes and state-level legislative requirements into actionable technology and operational strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, and Technology teams to ensure successful product implementation.
• Analyze product performance using financial and market data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and provide subject matter expertise on Group Benefits.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product management within the insurance or employee benefits industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of Group Life, AD&D, Disability, and Statutory PFML products.
• Proven experience managing complex product initiatives from strategy through execution and launch.
• Strong understanding of product filings, regulatory interpretation, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience launching products on new administrative or digital platforms.
