What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Group Life and AD&D, Disability (STD/LTD), and Statutory PFML products.
• Drive product design, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies for scaling offerings in active and emerging markets.
• Translate regulatory requirements and legislative changes into actionable product, operational, and system strategies.
• Partner with Actuarial and Underwriting to support pricing strategy, rate development, and loss ratio performance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and governance across Legal, Claims, Operations, and Technology.
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to support product research and performance insights.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product management within the insurance or employee benefits industry.
• Expertise across Group Life, AD&D, Disability (STD/LTD), and Statutory PFML products.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state regulatory environments and product filing processes.
• Must be based in the USA to align with state-specific regulatory and benefit frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
