What you will do

• Lead global Compensation & Benefits projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation.
• Conduct gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and remediation planning.
• Drive harmonization and governance of the global job architecture.
• Support annual compensation cycles, bonus processes, and market benchmarking.
• Act as a trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics.
• Continuously improve reward policies, analytics, and frameworks.

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a global environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale reward projects like pay equity or job architecture.
• Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices.
• Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks, preferably Mercer IPE.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, specifically in Excel modelling and data reconciliation.

Nice to have

• Additional European language proficiency, such as German.
