What you will do

• Plan and optimize integrated lead and demand generation campaigns across email, media, and social channels.
• Own the website strategy to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Develop compelling content and messaging for the Justice sector to position the company as a supplier of choice.
• Line-manage and coach a small team of digital and content implementers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign data to report performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager with a focus on digital marketing and website optimization.
• Strong content creation skills and experience with messaging for complex sectors.
• Demonstrable experience delivering integrated lead and demand generation strategies.
• Experience managing or coaching a small team.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics platforms and marketing automation systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Knowledge of the UK Justice sector or sector transformation programs.
