What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for business-critical applications.
• Handle operational issues, incidents, and provide technical support for applications and users.
• Coordinate with Application Owners, Service Owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and ensure overall service stability.
• Plan and execute application migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.
• Optimize enterprise applications within hybrid environments including Azure, OCI, AWS, GCP, and On-prem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Silesian area (Poland).
• Experience managing and supporting enterprise applications in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with application migrations and lifecycle management.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
• English: B1-B2 level required.

Nice to have

• AZ-800 & AZ-801 (Windows Server Hybrid Administrator) certifications.
• AZ-104 Azure Administrator (or equivalent AWS/GCP/OCI certification).
• AZ-400, AZ-305, or AZ-140 certifications.
