What you will do

• Install and configure Linux-based software and hardware systems, managing network servers and technological tools.
• Maintain user accounts, access controls, and monitor system performance to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure high operational availability and security.
• Implement security measures through access control management and regular backups.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and new version implementations in alignment with strategy.
• Provide professional supervision, coordination, and mentoring for less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux administration and application server management.
• Proven experience managing JBoss EAP, Kafka, Camunda, and Elastic on RHEL and K8s platforms.
• Knowledge of Red Hat and VMware technologies including Ansible, RH Satellite, Git, K8s, Argo CD, and VMware vSphere.
• Fluency in Czech language is required.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and support communication.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
