What you will do

• Lead and support customers as a Delivery Partner, managing complex B2B service contracts.
• Forge enduring business relationships and communicate innovative solutions to customers.
• Oversee customer governance and the financial prosperity (P&L) of managed engagements.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Contribute to Sector, Solution, and Community initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• At least 5 years of experience in project and/or service delivery.
• Experience managing and governing large multi-year B2B service contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to manage a large contract P&L.
• Ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams in a large organization.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL.
• Successful long-term customer relationship management experience.
