What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition through to full execution.
• Track OKRs, key decisions, blockers, and deadlines across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare clear briefs, research notes, and action trackers to facilitate leadership decisions.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Identify and resolve execution gaps and own urgent business problems.

Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline and structured thinking.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, or fintech is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Must be based in Japan (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in Tokyo office).
