What you will do

  • Lead the planning, architecture, and delivery of professional services engagements.
  • Design and manage high-impact availability solutions with a focus on data protection and monitoring.
  • Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and implementation effort estimations.
  • Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and optimize customer environments for better performance.
  • Develop technical documentation, best practices, and deliver customer training sessions.
  • Support pre-sales activities and identify opportunities to expand hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global solutions or other backup and data protection technologies.
  • Strong understanding of storage and backup architectures (e.g., NetApp, Dell, HPE).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and modern IT environments.
  • Business-level Japanese and conversational English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in consulting, implementation, or project delivery.

Nice to have

  • Relevant industry certifications such as VMware or Microsoft.
