Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Conducting in-depth economic and financial analyses across Operations finance areas with an accent on variable and fixed cost management, capital expenditure, and productivity governance. Location: Nove Mesto nad Vahom, Slovakia or Cluj Napoca, Romania
Salary: €25,200 – €31,500 gross per year

What you will do
- Lead month-end close activities and conduct variance analysis across cost categories including variable/fixed costs and Capex.
- Prepare rolling financial forecasts for EMEA manufacturing locations using HFM/Hyperion Planning.
- Convert complex spend data into actionable insights to support plant cost reduction initiatives.
- Deliver scalable headcount analytics and workforce cost insights in collaboration with HR.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to automate reporting and replace static Excel processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial analyses and presentation materials for Operations leadership and plant managers.
Requirements
- University Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of postgraduate experience in FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Advanced Excel skills: complex modeling, data manipulation, Power Query, and macros.
- English: Advanced level required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the specified locations; sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle source systems.
- Proficiency with HFM/Hyperion Planning.
- Experience building automated reporting and visualization solutions in Power BI.
