What you will do

• Lead the design, development, validation, and release of Electrical Centers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage engineering changes, part releases, and technical documentation in compliance with GM standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and global engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving for manufacturing and field quality concerns.
• Support APQP activities to ensure integration meets cost, timing, quality, and performance targets.
• Utilize Teamcenter, CAD, and engineering release systems to manage product data and conduct design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering release processes and design change management.
• Knowledge of APQP and automotive quality processes.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamcenter, CAD Tools, and Teamcenter Visualization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Innovation Management.
