What you will do

• Lead the delivery, testing, qualification, and release of new or upgraded production equipment.
• Manage equipment suppliers to ensure User Requirements Specifications (URS) and design standards are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Execute process validation activities including FDS, FAT, SAT, OQ, and PQ.
• Drive development of automated system concepts, prototyping, and proof-of-principle testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support new product introductions and optimize COGS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of related professional experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or Project Management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, PE/CPE, or OSHA.
• Experience with robotics, high-speed automated systems, or vision systems.
• Familiarity with Lean tools and industrial controls.
