Location: Hybrid in Welwyn Garden City, UK (60% office, 40% remote)

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end Change Management strategies aligned with the corporate framework.
• Create and manage deployment plans, including stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Develop engagement and communication plans to land and embed new ways of working.
• Influence diverse stakeholders across all levels, from senior leaders to ground-level colleagues.
• Identify education and training requirements and collaborate with the Training Team for delivery.
• Support the maturity of change management capability, tools, and methodologies within the Change Centre of Excellence (CoE).

Requirements

• Proven experience defining and delivering change strategies within a large organization.
• Experience delivering behavioral change initiatives to embed new ways of working.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Welwyn Garden City, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a retail environment.
• Background working with Technology stakeholders or within an Agile/Product Management environment.
• Change certifications such as APMG Change Management or Prosci.
• Project/Programme qualifications like APM or MSP.
• Passion for coaching and people development.
