What you will do

• Lead the delivery of the Goals Platform, shipping new digital experiences and expanding data visualization capabilities for global pilots.
• Optimize B2B web experiences, including the pricing page, using experiments to improve value communication and lead generation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to turn ideas into live experiences.
• Execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to lift engagement and conversion across web properties.
• Manage project lifecycles end-to-end, from initial scoping and build through to launch and iteration.
• Prioritize competing workstreams and keep senior stakeholders aligned through clear communication of trade-offs.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager, specifically with web or digital marketing (websites, landing pages, CMS).
• Proven track record in experimentation, growth, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis independently.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience with B2B or SaaS web experiences such as pricing pages and lead capture.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution.
