What you will do
- Design and run scalable chat and voice systems with strong user experience, reliability, and measurable outcomes
- Define and adopt agent-based interaction patterns and modern orchestration for customer-facing use cases
- Build AI workflows that integrate tools, interfaces, and external agents, improving observability, logging, evaluation, and quality monitoring
- Collaborate with business, design, and engineering to turn requirements into production solutions and continuously optimize interaction flows
- Continuously learn and apply modern AI technologies while working in an agile, collaborative team
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field (ETH/Uni/FH)
- Programming experience in Python and modern software development
- Experience with conversational/agent platforms such as Rasa, Dialogflow, AWS, Bedrock, MCP, or agentic workflows
- Strong communication in English and good proficiency in German
- Curiosity about large language model systems, AI orchestration patterns, and emerging AI technologies
- Technical affinity and willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and integration patterns
