What you will do

• Map and prioritize marketing automation opportunities to eliminate manual work and unlock new capabilities.
• Design and build AI agents for content production, campaign operations, lead routing, and personalization.
• Own the full lifecycle of deployed agents, including monitoring, debugging, and iteration.
• Produce efficiency reporting and dashboards to demonstrate business impact to marketing leadership.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI models, agent frameworks, and automation platforms.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and auditability across all marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or automation engineering.
• Deep knowledge of marketing processes and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo.
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8n, plus scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI Assistants.
• Strong analytical skills for building performance dashboards and reporting.
• Must be based in Geneva or willing to relocate.
