What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered engineering workflows and integrate them into the platform.
• Act as the primary Python developer for coding, testing, CI/CD, and release management.
• Collaborate with CAD/CAE specialists to define clean interfaces and data structures.
• Standardize recurring patterns into reusable templates and best practices.
• Engage with reference customers to gather feedback and drive tool adoption.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and training sessions to support end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and shipping production Python tools in cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in software engineering practices including packaging, testing, CI, and git.
• Proven ability to provide technical direction while remaining hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lausanne.
• Availability for hybrid work (up to 2 remote days/week).
