What you will do

• Manage the partnership program for signal partners, including CDPs and tag managers.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to improve signal quality and coverage globally.
• Operationalize GTM motions, including enablement, co-marketing, and activation playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine Pixel/CAPI and related API documentation.
• Implement partner incentive structures such as certifications and tiering.
• Act as the voice of the partner ecosystem to inform Reddit's broader measurement strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships or platform ecosystems within ad tech, martech, or e-commerce.
• Proven expertise working with signal or data partners like CDPs and tag managers.
• Deep understanding of conversion signal workflows (Pixel, CAPI, server-to-server).
• Ability to drive revenue and product adoption via co-owned roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional execution skills across Engineering, Sales, and Analytics.
• Must be based in the US or in an eligible location for remote work.
