What you will do

• Coach four data scientists owning the analytical backbone of B2B Sales and Customer Success.
• Set priorities and roadmaps in partnership with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps leaders.
• Lead analytical roadmaps for GTM bets, including pipeline generation and account health scoring.
• Transition ad-hoc analysis into productionised models, semantic layers, and durable data products.
• Champion AI integration to automate signals like churn risk alerts and deal hygiene.
• Present complex analyses as decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders and QBRs.

Requirements

• Multiple years of data science or analytics experience in B2B SaaS, growth, or GTM contexts.
• Experience in coaching or formally leading other data professionals.
• Technical proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), data modeling (dbt), and BI tools (Mode, Looker).
• Proven track record of shipping data products that shift Sales or CS operations.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to senior commercial leaders.
• Must be based in the US (Associated with Austin campus and US-specific benefits).
