Product Manager (Payments)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Payments): Driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the payments platform within the Bolt marketplace ecosystem with an accent on conversion, expansion capability, and financial KPIs. Focus on building product roadmaps, managing high-volume global pay-in/pay-out transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (at least 12 monthly in-office days required)

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Payments platform from development to launch.
• Develop and align short- and long-term product roadmaps with company goals.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and ops teams to prioritize and deliver initiatives.
• Manage commercial KPIs and financial targets for the Payments ecosystem.
• Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and payment operations.
• Experience managing payment systems in marketplace businesses with high-volume global transactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial judgment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid)
