What you will do

• Own the expansion of the stocks and exchange-traded products offering.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and business objectives for stocks, ETFs, and related investment products.
• Lead trading and investing experiences across web and mobile, including market data, order management, portfolios, reporting, and corporate actions.
• Partner with engineering, UX/UI, QA, compliance, brokerage, operations, sales, marketing, affiliates, and other stakeholders to deliver products from concept to market.
• Work with exchanges, market data providers, clearing brokers, custodians, and technology vendors to scale the offering.
• Establish KPIs and optimize client adoption, trading activity, engagement, and commercial performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years building or managing stocks, ETFs, equities, or other exchange-traded products in brokerage, investment platform, exchange, fintech, or wealth management environments.
• Strong understanding of equities market structure, order management, trade execution, settlement, custody, market data, corporate actions, and retail brokerage operations.
• Proven experience launching, scaling, and optimizing trading or investment products.
• Experience designing customer journeys and onboarding using customer insights, analytics, and experimentation.
• Proficient English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate, referral, Introducing Broker, or partner acquisition journeys.
• Experience with brokerage infrastructure providers such as Interactive Brokers, Saxo, DriveWealth, Apex, or Alpaca.
• Experience scaling global investment products across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
• Experience in mobile-first investing or digital wealth management.
• Knowledge of international equities markets and multi-asset investing products.
