What you will do
- Own and prioritize the Agile team backlog, including user stories, defects, and technical enablers.
- Translate product features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with architects and engineering.
- Lead and support Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and backlog refinement.
- Coordinate dependencies and delivery risks with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful releases.
- Demonstrate completed functionality during sprint reviews and monitor delivery metrics to improve product value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst supporting Agile software development.
- Proficiency with application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and based remotely within the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
