What you will do

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and delivery plan to align strategic objectives with development activities.
• Manage product intake, backlog refinement, and prioritization to ensure delivery teams focus on high-value work.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with architecture standards.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and success metrics to assess product performance and value realization.
• Lead Agile product management practices, including planning, sprints, scrum huddles, and retrospectives.
• Conduct demos to showcase product value to business groups and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Epic Grand Central Certification and experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline.
• 7+ years of related experience with in-depth knowledge of associated technology areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts and mediating stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA.
