What you will do

  • Lead the identification, monitoring, and interpretation of global regulatory trends and laws affecting the business.
  • Implement new and revised regulations into company processes, products, and documentation.
  • Author and maintain product-related Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and manage labeling programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with QHSE, Procurement, and Sales teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare external product registrations, certifications, and notifications to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in global product regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or chemical regulatory affairs.
  • Advanced knowledge of chemical regulations including REACH, TSCA, and GHS.
  • Expertise in SDS authoring and hazard communication/product labeling standards.
  • Ability to interpret product drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
  • Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in product stewardship, regulatory compliance, or chemical management.
