What you will do

• Lead and execute OT incident response engagements as Incident Commander, including triage and threat hunts.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and integrate lessons learned into standard operating procedures and playbooks.
• Deliver advisory services such as IR planning workshops, maturity assessments, and tabletop exercises.
• Manage customer relationships and stakeholder communication to align response capabilities with business risk.
• Mentor teammates and serve as a technical escalation point for operational excellence.
• Contribute to research and thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of hands-on incident response and digital forensics experience across at least two domains (network, hardware, memory, or disk).
• Proven experience in ICS/OT cybersecurity, including knowledge of industrial architecture and threat landscapes.
• Ability to lead end-to-end investigations and correlate events across multiple data types.
• Experience in consulting and translating technical depth into strategic customer guidance.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).
