What you will do

• Lead first-response triage calls to scope cyber incidents and define support strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end incident response process, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate between clients, forensic analysts, lawyers, and insurance professionals.
• Oversee technical workstreams to contain incidents and investigate root causes.
• Provide crisis management expertise to help clients navigate high-pressure security breaches.

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in German language
• Must have permission to work in South Africa
• Strong consulting skills and a developed understanding of networks and security technologies.
• Demonstrable experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR).
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic when working under pressure.
