Salary: $142,900–$266,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do
- Oversee the operational performance and strategic direction of two or more incident response teams.
- Serve as a senior advisor and escalation point for high-severity cybersecurity incidents and complex forensic investigations.
- Manage career development, performance, and coaching for team leads and senior technical personnel.
- Communicate material findings, risks, and recommendations to executive, legal, and insurance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Privacy, and Compliance teams during sensitive investigations.
- Support business development, pipeline management, and the expansion of existing client relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital forensics, incident response, or cybersecurity investigations.
- 3+ years of experience leading incident response or forensic teams.
- Proven experience managing geographically distributed workforces and complex cybersecurity incidents.
- Strong knowledge of digital forensic methodologies, evidence preservation, and chain of custody.
- Ability to communicate technical findings and business risks to executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience building or expanding a DFIR practice.
- Experience working with cyber insurance carriers and breach counsel.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCFA, GCIH, or GREM.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
