What you will do

• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Oversee relationships with facilities vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
• Coordinate health and safety compliance, including acting as a Fire Marshal and First Aider.
• Support employee experience through office events and engagement initiatives.
• Act as the boots on the ground for workplace improvement and expansion projects.
• Manage office budgets, process invoices, and provide administrative support to the People team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time onsite in the Wokingham office.
• Proven experience in Workplace Operations, Office Management, or Facilities Management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers and contractors.
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Financial awareness with experience managing office budgets and expenditure.
