What you will do

• Forge and maintain enduring B2B relationships with customers to ensure successful service delivery.
• Lead and support customers by representing hirify.global's activities within specialized practice areas.
• Manage customer governance and the financial P&L of directly managed engagements.
• Coordinate high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, seamless customer solutions.
• Recognize business needs and translate them into revenue-expanding wins as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in project and/or service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage and govern large B2B multi-year service contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with P&L management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams within a large organizational structure.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL.
• Experience in successful long-term customer relationship management.
