What you will do
- Design and execute tailored client adoption playbooks and change-management approaches for enterprise firms.
- Act as a strategic advisor to deeply understand client goals and guide teams toward maximum value from the platform.
- Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence, including success plans, enablement, and value reviews.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Engineering, Marketing) to accelerate client success.
- Partner with GTM teams on commercial milestones and identify expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams to inform the roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore for on-site work.
- Strong management consulting background, preferably from a leading global firm.
- Proven experience designing and delivering change management and adoption programs in large, complex organizations.
- Track record of working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong program and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to lead boardroom conversations.
Nice to have
- Experience within high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.
- Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated industries.
