What you will do

• Support the post-sale customer experience, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
• Design and execute tailored client adoption plans, including stakeholder mapping and defining target outcomes.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders to maximize the value of Legora.
• Develop success plans and conduct training and ongoing check-ins to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure a coordinated high-quality experience.
• Gather and share client feedback to inform product improvements and enablement efforts.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or professional services.
• Must be based in Singapore (On-site).
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust and credibility with clients.
• Proven organizational and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Data-informed approach focused on client success and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience within SaaS, Legal Tech, or professional services environments.
• Exposure to legal, compliance, or other regulated industries.
