Location: Hybrid (Singapore Office)

Salary: SGD 120K – 165K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer engagements from discovery and solution design to deployment and ongoing value delivery.
• Design and build custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, and data models using hirify.global data and products.
• Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for clients, cultivating trust through hands-on expertise.
• Deliver live training, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Global Intel teams to influence the product roadmap based on field intelligence.
• Support pre-sales technical engagements for complex and strategic deals.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Experience conducting cryptocurrency investigations or financial crime analysis in an operational environment.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, including BTC, ETH, stablecoins, and DeFi.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Substantive knowledge of sanctions, compliance, fraud, or national security domains.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring high ownership.
