Salary: $66,068–$74,202 Annually

What you will do

• Manage the development, implementation, and compliance of all service grants and contracts.
• Oversee program budgets and manage expenses to ensure costs remain within allocation.
• Supervise the health team and the Intensive Case Management (ICM) team.
• Develop grant proposals and ensure accurate reporting of programmatic data to donors.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders and service providers to improve healthcare access.
• Represent the team within the IRC network and in professional conferences or working groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or a related field (Graduate degree encouraged).
• Professional experience in human services with 5+ years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle for client transport.
• Must be based in or able to work in Salt Lake City, UT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital research tools.
