What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end RFQ process for indirect goods and services, including bid analysis and recommendation preparation.
• Create, maintain, and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate updates in the ERP system.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules to proactively mitigate supply risks.
• Coordinate the resolution of invoice discrepancies and pricing issues with suppliers and finance.
• Maintain detailed supplier records, contract documentation, and procurement reporting.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and IT departments to execute procurement requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Prior experience specifically with indirect procurement categories.
