What you will do

• Establish, implement, and maintain site-specific quality programs and detailed inspection plans.
• Supervise and manage site QC staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure work meets applicable codes and specifications.
• Manage welder qualifications, NDE contracts, and PWHT coordination on-site.
• Review turnover packages and manage punchlist walkdowns prior to handoff to Startup.
• Interface with clients and government officials to ensure project quality goals are achieved.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent (with degree) or 10+ years (without degree).
• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree in Engineering, Quality, or Business is desired.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.
• Deep knowledge of quality standards, EPC industry practices, and construction technology.
• Ability to read erection drawings and administer site-specific Quality Programs.

• Professional certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society), CWI (Certified Welding Inspector), or ISM.
