What you will do

• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to develop workforce plans and hiring strategies aligned with business growth.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing across ASEAN.
• Champion the use of AI and automation to improve recruiter productivity and candidate engagement.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to other recruiters within the APJ team.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to influence senior leadership hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting within Workday and other platforms.

Requirements

• Experience working within a software/SaaS vendor.
• Proven success recruiting complex GTM organizations across ASEAN markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam).
• Extensive experience in direct hiring methods such as headhunting, search, and market mapping.
• Ability to influence VP and Executive-level stakeholders in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• English: Excellent fluency is a must have.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity or Enterprise SaaS recruiting experience.
• Previous Team Lead or people management experience.
• Experience recruiting across APJ within a global matrix organization.
• Proficiency with Workday, Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, or BrightHire.
