What you will do

• Partner with NA studios to define instrumentation requirements, event schemas, and KPIs aligned with centralized SDK standards.
• Design and maintain dashboards and self-serve analytics tools using AI-assisted BI and text-to-SQL tooling.
• Translate raw telemetry data into analytical stories for non-technical stakeholders using LLMs for synthesis and drafting.
• Act as the primary analytics liaison between NA studios and the Korea-based central team across time zones.
• Validate SDK integration quality and collaborate with engineers to ensure event logging and schema consistency.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on game health, feature performance, and A/B tests, automating workflows with AI pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in El Segundo, CA or Seattle, WA.
• 5+ years in data analytics, with at least 3+ years specifically in the games industry.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Deep experience with event-based telemetry and live service game metrics (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV).
• Ability to write effective prompts and critically evaluate AI outputs for code generation and insight synthesis.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end analytics from instrumentation specs to stakeholder reporting.

Nice to have

• Business-level Korean language proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with Korean or other Asia-Pacific organizations.
• Experience building AI-powered internal tools (metric bots, LLM pipelines, automated anomaly detection).
• Experience maintaining shared data SDKs or central instrumentation libraries.
• Background in publishing analytics, including UA and regional launch metrics.
