What you will do

• Develop and improve data-driven tools to enhance marketing team efficiency.
• Design and prototype automated solutions, including AI-based tools, for creative production and traffic acquisition.
• Implement algorithmic approaches to media buying and campaign optimization.
• Conduct data research to identify growth opportunities and translate them into practical tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, UA leads, and engineers to align solutions across teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of analytical products from problem definition to implementation.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with large-scale data systems like ClickHouse, BigQuery, Redshift, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong Python proficiency with libraries such as pandas, numpy, and sklearn.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and unit economics including LTV, CAC, ROI, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms like Meta or Google Ads and MMPs like AppsFlyer.
• Proven ability to take analytical solutions through to implementation and measurable business impact.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building production-ready solutions and designing ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of PySpark or Databricks.
• Experience in mobile products or the gaming industry.
• Strong systems thinking and process design skills.
