What you will do

• Prepare comprehensive HVAC/air-conditioning design proposals and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage competitive tender submissions and conduct technical pre-sales activities.
• Deliver product presentations to consultants, clients, and at trade seminars.
• Oversee on-site project execution, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Track project timelines using MS Project.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to validate equipment performance prior to site deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of HVAC/cooling experience, preferably with a background in engineering consulting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Hong Kong.
