What you will do

• Lead equipment improvement and optimization projects for Nextool and Towa molding equipment.
• Analyze performance trends to improve OEE, throughput, and reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment issues.
• Develop and implement equipment upgrades, modifications, and automation solutions.
• Conduct engineering studies, DOE, and capability evaluations.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams on technical improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience with molding processes and semiconductor assembly equipment.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and DOE methodologies.
• Experience leading engineering improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nextool and/or Towa molding equipment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing solutions.
• Familiarity with MES and manufacturing data analytics tools.
