Global Warehouse & Distribution Sourcing Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for warehousing, transportation, distribution, 3PL/4PL logistics, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
• Lead RFQ and RFP processes, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, contract negotiations, and service-level agreement management.
• Optimize warehouse footprints, inventory flows, distribution networks, regional fulfillment strategies, and logistics capacity.
• Manage strategic relationships with logistics providers and warehouse partners using delivery, inventory, transit-time, cost, and reliability metrics.
• Support semiconductor backend, wafer fabrication, subcontractor, finished-goods distribution, and customer-fulfillment logistics.
• Analyze logistics spend and operational data while driving digitalization, reporting dashboards, continuous improvement, and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in global logistics sourcing, warehouse management, distribution, or procurement.
• Strong experience managing 3PL/4PL providers, freight forwarders, and logistics service partners.
• Experience with contract negotiation, supplier management, cost optimization, and global logistics networks.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or similar industries is highly preferred.
