Warehouse Supervisor (Medtech)

Location: On-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse and inventory control activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution.
• Manage raw materials, in-process goods, finished products, supplies, and product configuration.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and timely reconciliation of variances.
• Handle receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for materials and products.
• Follow safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and operate approved low-risk tools.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in manufacturing, production management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience with warehouse and distribution systems.
• Ability to work indoors, stand and walk regularly, and lift or carry 5–40 pounds.
• Must work on-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Forklift or reach-truck certificate.
