What you will do

• Lead a team of 6-10 Web Operations Executives to deliver campaigns across web, email, and social channels.
• Define and ship CMS enhancements, templates, and workflows to reduce manual operational overhead.
• Establish and manage QC processes to ensure accuracy of regulated financial information across four regulatory regimes.
• Integrate AI tools into the content workflow to remove manual bottlenecks and create shared prompts and templates.
• Analyze page performance using GA4 and GTM to make data-driven decisions for content optimization.

Requirements

• 6+ years in content/web operations or product ownership, including at least 2 years of team management.
• Business fluency in English, reading/writing proficiency in Traditional Chinese, and spoken Cantonese.
• Hands-on experience running content at scale using CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
• Daily working use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in GA4 and GTM for independent data interpretation.
• Must be based in Malaysia and not require work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or other regulated content environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for the Taiwan market.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for diagnosing page issues.
• Proven experience building repeatable AI workflows for a team.
