What you will do

• Analyze and resolve complex compute and server-related engineering issues.
• Perform prototype and product reviews to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Test and debug applications and validate firmware used in shipping products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the CTO and Manufacturing, to guide new product releases.
• Provide technical consultation and support to internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware systems engineering.
• Solid understanding of computer architectures, server integration (CPU, GPU, Memory, Storage, IO), and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with SAN, NAS, CSIs, CNIs, and cloud storage solutions.
• Proficiency in IPMI, Redfish, and Python scripting.
• Must be located in or able to work from Maynard, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience in software-defined networks and software-defined storage.
• Familiarity with industry toolkits such as CUDA, ROCm, or OpenCL.
• Knowledge of containerized and virtualized technologies like Kubernetes, VMware, or Hyper-V.
