What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 People Operations Analysts, setting performance goals and fostering growth.
• Serve as the primary authority on Polish labor code updates, statutory compliance, and GDPR.
• Act as a strategic consultant to the US-based HRBP team, providing local employment nuances and cultural context.
• Administer and optimize Rippling as the core HRIS and utilize Greenhouse's native AI features to streamline workflows.
• Implement smart automations using AI models like Gemini and Claude to eliminate manual administrative bottlenecks.
• Oversee localized onboarding, offboarding, and contract management processes.

Requirements

• Absolute fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
• 7+ years of experience in People Operations/HR, with 3+ years of direct team management.
• Deep, self-directed knowledge of Polish labor laws and statutory benefits.
• Hands-on experience with modern HR systems (Rippling and Greenhouse preferred).
• Practical experience using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.) to build efficiencies and automate tasks.
• Ability to work onsite in Poznan, Poland.

• Experience working in a global tech, gaming, or entertainment organization.
• Experience navigating HR integration during mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
