Salary: $213,000 – $255,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead hiring, onboarding, and career growth for a robotics engineering team.
• Build a high-performance hiring engine for perception, planning, and control talent.
• Guide technical direction and headcount allocation in partnership with technical leads.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Controls, and Product teams to deliver a sequenced roadmap.
• Improve engineering practices, including design review, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of engineering management experience leading robotics or complex technical teams.
• Technical fluency in robotics (perception, planning, behaviors, control).
• Track record of hiring and scaling specialized technical teams.
• M.S. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or ITAR-eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling teams during rapid headcount growth.
• Experience mentoring engineers into technical leadership roles.
• Experience managing across multiple robotics disciplines.
