What you will do

• Manage and coach the Corporate Functions Finance Business Advice team, setthirify.global clear priorities and ownership.
• Partner with senior leaders in Technology, Operations, and Transformation to shape cost, workforce, and investment decisions.
• Translate complex cost drivers and financial data into actionable recommendations and trade-offs for executive decision-makhirify.global.
• Own the corporate performance and expense narrative, ensurhirify.global risks and opportunities are clearly identified across finance cycles.
• Drive investment choices and benefits realization to ensure spend is connected to business value.
• Increase transparency of support function costs and allocations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounthirify.global, or Economics.
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnerhirify.global, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Cost Management.
• Proven track record of leadhirify.global, coachhirify.global, and lifthirify.global the performance of finance teams.
• Experience supporthirify.global complex cost bases within Bankhirify.global, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
• Strong financial modellhirify.global capability and strategic problem-solvhirify.global skills.
