What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external funding partners, particularly banking institutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications and engagement to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and expectation management across internal stakeholders in Risk, Tech, Legal, and Compliance.
• Drive the onboarding process for new partners, managing dependencies and proactively resolving blockers.
• Maintain structured documentation for all partnership activities to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
• Monitor partner performance and adjust funding strategies based on market conditions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in funding, partnerships, corporate finance, or financial institutions.
• Experience working with banks or lending institutions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Strong ability to bridge communication gaps and align diverse interests across multiple functions.
• Disciplined approach to structuring complex information and documentation.

• Experience in fintech or consumer lending.
